Juniors starting 9am (entries dependent), Seniors not before 1pm. Fancy dress is allowed!

BV Fancy Dress | Pony – Junior
- Class 1 - BV Junior Cross-Poles Take your own Line
For ponies 4 years old and over, Ponies must be 14.2hh and under, riders must be suitably mounted and 16 years and under. This competition is against the clock, the competitor can jump all the fences in any order and in either direction. The start and finish lines maybe crossed in either direction. 4 seconds will be added to the time for every knockdown and 3 refusals incur elimination. Fastest time wins. Run under Table C. - Class 2 - BV Junior 70cm Take your own Line
- Class 3 - BV Junior Accumulator (start height 50cm)
For ponies 4 years old and over, Ponies must be 14.2hh and under, riders must be suitably mounted and 16 years and under. Each fence will be numbered 1-10 and 1 joker. Each fence is worth the number on it and the joker is worth 20 points. Each fence from 1- the joker will increase in height or difficulty, no combinations/ doubles allowed. The rider has 60 seconds to jump as many fences as they can, if you knockdown a fence you cannot re attempt it and the fence will not be re-built. If you knock the joker down it will deduct 20 points from your score. 3 refusals incur elimination, a bell will ring when the 60 seconds is up and the rider must cross the finish line. Any fences jumped after the bell has rang will not be counted. All fences must be built so they can be jumped in either direction. Winner is the rider with the most points. - Class 4 - BV Junior Cross-Poles Pairs Relay
First rider will jump the course & then pass whip/baton to second rider who then jumps the same course. The clock starts when the first horse crosses the start line and stops when the second horse lands after the final fence and crosses the finish line. Fastest pair who jump clear (or has the least faults) will win. Fences knocked down will incur 5 seconds to add to final time. - Class 5 - BV Junior 70cm Pairs Relay
- Class 6 - BV Junior 40cm Horse and Hound
For ponies 4 years old and over, Ponies must be 14.2hh and under, riders must be suitably mounted and 16 years and under. The rider will complete the first section of the course on their pony, they will then enter a box and pass the pony to their designated holder, the holder will pass the dog to the rider and they will then complete the course with the dog. Cross-Pole Fences for the ponies. This competition is against the clock, any knockdowns by either rider, pony or dog will have 4 seconds added to their time. 3 refusals incur elimination. Winner is the fastest time. - Class 7 - BV Junior 70cm Horse and Hound
- Class 8 - BV Junior 40cm Horse and Human
The rider will complete the first section of the course on their pony (jumps 1-6), they will then enter a box and pass the pony to their designated holder, they will then complete the mini obstacle challenge and cross the finish line. This competition is against the clock, any knockdowns by either rider, pony will have 4 seconds added to their time. 3 refusals incur elimination. Winner is the fastest time. - Class 9 - BV Junior 70cm Horse and Human
- Class 10 - BV Junior Puissance
For ponies 4 years old and over, Ponies must be 14.2hh and under, riders must be suitably mounted and 16 years and under. Starting at 60cm. In the first round there will be 1 upright, 1 triple bar and the wall. All clears go through to the next round over raised fences. Round 2 onwards will comprise of just the triple bar and wall. Maximum of 5 rounds. 3 refusals incur elimination. winner is the last rider/s remaining. Tie for 1st prize if more than 1 rider clears all 5 rounds.

By entering I confirm that my horse is showing no signs of illness, including a recent cough or nasal discharge. The horse(s) are not under any investigations for / been in contact with any horses under investigations for EHV and have been resident in the UK for the last 28 days.
